Sundays are for cookies. Chocolate chip cookies 🍪🍪🍪
These lovely soft and chewy cookies and a huge glass of milk, who wouldn't want that?
Ingredients:
• 280 gram flour • 1 tsp baking soda • 1,5 tsp cornstarch • 0,5 tsp salt • 150 gram brown sugar • 100 gram regular sugar • 170 gram melted butter • 1 egg • 1 egg yolk • 200 gram chocolate chips • vanilla extract •
1. Pre-heat your oven at 170 °C. Melt the butter in a small pan. Make sure it doesn't get brown.
2. Add the sugar, salt and vanilla to the molten butter. Mix the dry ingredients in a different bowl.
3. Mix the dry ingredients with the butter, egg and other ingredients, but leave out the chocolate chips. Make sure the dough is cooked down before you add any chocolate.
4. Finally add the chocolate chips and make equal sized balls. Put them in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies.
In edges are a little crispy and the middle is soft enough chewy. I think these kind of cookies are the best!
I used a very dark sugar, so my cookies are darker. The lighter the sugar, the lighter the cookie.
Enjoy! 🥛
