OMG yes! This is a keeper for sure! Tonight I made this sweet & sour chicken thigh (the recipe is with rabbit, but that's hard to find in the Netherlands) from nonna Marina on page 234 from @jamieoliver's Italy cookbook.
Damn. What a good one! I paired it with pearl couscous with pine nuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and a tomato carpaccio.
Definitely gonna make this one again. It was great!
Go find the recipe or the whole book (worth it) and cook this beauty yourself!
