Jamie Oliver's Cookbook Club Chasing smoke part 1

A new month has started and this means another book for Jamie Oliver's cookbook club.

This time it's Chasing Smoke from @honeyandco

This amazing BBQ book couldn't have arrived at a better time. The weather is great over here in Holland and I'm having a 2 week holiday. What else could you ask for?

For the first meal, I went for:

• Tomato salad (page 42)

• Whole baked red onions (page 74)

• Joojeh kebabs, chicken in yoghurt (page 140)

It was all so good. And the onions are gonna be a staple dish from now on. They look so pretty and turn so lovely and sweet. Like little rose petals.

The kebabs are also amazing and I can't wait to make them for friends or family.

Now let's see what's gonna be next!
