Jamie Oliver's Cookbook Club: EAST

Another month has passed and so there is another gallery to show the recipes I made from this month's book: EAST by Meera Sodha.

I already owned this book, together with another book from this amazing cook and writer.

The book in completely vegetarian which is amazing for inspiration. We love meat, but a little less won't hurt and is better for the animals and the planet.

This book is amazing, not too complicated and has bold flavours.

You should really give it a go. My favorite was definitely the Silken Tofu with pine nuts a d chilli.
