Jamie Oliver's Cookbook Club: Take One Fish

A new month means a new book at the Jamie Oliver's Cookbook Club.

Last month I won the price for best photo's in the club and so I won this month's book and a copy of Jamie Oliver's new book Together.

I paired the saffron and vinegar sardines with a saffron and clementine risotto with green asparagus.

The stuffed mackerel was an amazing dish and made me fall in love with this book. I learned so much, discovered new flavours and it looks and tastes stunning.
