Swedish flatbread

I'm not a huge bread fan. I like a good, rustic bread that's freshly baked and a little crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, but other than that, regular bread is not my piece of... cake. This white, soft, Swedish flatbread you can get at IKEA though... I . LOVE . IT! It's soft, springy and a little bit sweet. You can buy it frozen and I always buy 3 or 4 packs when I'm at IKEA. Sadly, that's not every week 😂😅 This morning I had it for breakfast with truffle mayo, avocado, tomato, bacon and a fried egg. Topped with chilli flakes and dill. Perfect!
