Tinto de Verano

I know wine is perfect with almost every kind of food, but sadly, I really don't like wine unless it's in a good stew. Tinto de Verano... THAT I like! Red wine with a fresh, lemon soda and ice! It's great with Lemon Fanta, 7up or Sprite! Or any other slightly sour drink. Just mix it with a 50/50 ratio. What's left is a cold, refreshing, slightly fizzy drink with not that much alcohol, so you can have a little more without getting tipsy. No, it's not sacrilege. It's really good!
