Ajam Paniki paste

Today I made my own Ajam Paniki paste and like most of these things, it was hard to find one recipe to go with. I used the recipe from @_lifesabout_ and added 2 more things I saw coming back in some other recipes. Here's the recipe for the paste. Keep following me for a chicken recipe with the paste!
Ingredients:
• small can tomato puree • 2 garlic cloves • 1 onion • 1 red chilli pepper • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 2 tsp cumin • 1 tsp laos • 1 tsp paprika powder • oil • juice of half a lemon • 1 tsp turmeric • 2 cm fresh ginger • pepper and salt •
Puree eveything with your kitchen machine and this should be enough for about 500 grams of chicken. Keep your lemon grass close, cause you need this to cook with the paste! You can choose how spicy you want this to be, by adding or leaving out chilli peppers!
