Beef and noodle 'salad'

After all the south European style food in Croatia, I'm craving for Asian stuff. A semi-cold beef noodle dish with a lot of vegetables will do the trick for sure! Recipe for 2 portions.

Ingredients dressing:
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar • 2 tsp sesame oil • 4 tbsp soy sauce • 3 tbsp vegetable oil • 1 tsp chilli oil • half a clove of garlic, grated • 1 tsp grated ginger • black pepper • 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds •
Ingredients salad:
• 200 gram of your favorite noodles • 2 steaks (1 per person) • 2 eggs (1 per person) • 200 gram sugar snaps • 200 gram pre-cooked soy beans (edamame) • 1 bell pepper • 10 cherry tomatos • 2 spring onions • julienne sliced beets •
1. Start with the dressing/sauce. Throw all ingredienta together and have a good taste. This is the moment to change anything you don't like. Be careful with your chilli oil. Some can be very spicy, so add little by little.
2. Boil a big pan of water and cook your noodles. Make sure to rinse them under cold water so they won't overcook. Cook your sugarsnaps for 2 minutes. Rinse as well.
3. Grill your steak with some black pepper and end with a big splash of soy sauce. Fry an egg the way you like it!
4. Throw everything in a big bowl except for your steak and egg. Mix well until everything in coated in a nice layer of dressing!
Put everything on a plate and make it look extra pretty with the beets!
