I had some amazing steaks, but I didn't wanna make the same old dish, so I want for an asian noodle 'salad'. Dressing: • 1 tablesp. sasame oil • 4 tablesp. soysauce • 2 tablesp. oil • juice of 1 lemon • 1 tablesl. fishsauce • 1 tablesp. honey • 2 small Thai chillies • 1 clove grated garlic • 1 teasp. grated ginger • zest of half a lemon • black pepper • Beef: • large steak • pepper • garlic powder • 3 tablesp. oyster sauce • 2 tablesp. cooking sake • dries chilli flakes • 1. First of all, you start with cutting up all the vegetables you like. I went with broccoli, radish, bell pepper, cucumber, spring onion, bean sprouds and parsley. I cooked the broccoli and kept everything else raw. 2. After that, throw all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and cook the noodles. I cooked the steak whole and sliced it afterwards. Put some pepper, chilli flakes and garlic powder on it and fry short on both sides in some butter.
3. Turn up the heat and add the oystersauce and sake. When it's cooked to your liking, let the steak rest on the counter for a few minutes before slicing it in thin strips.
4. Throw everything (beef, noodles and veggies) in the bowl and mix well! Add a hand full of peanuts if you like.
