For years and years I told myself I didn't like eggplants/aubergine, but very often I see pictures that look so delicious! So, I got curious and started looking for recipes. I ended up with an oven roasted eggplant with a sage, chilli and garlic oil on top! Just roast for 30 minutes (starts with oil, salt and pepper and add new oil with the garlic and sage after 15 minutes) on 220°C. I'm sure I will make this again soon. Next time I'll try an asian style recipe!
