Black garlic pasta

Ok guys... I have this addiction for a while now: black garlic.
So after putting loads of it in my garlic butter and sprinkling it over everything, I decided to make a pasta dish with it, and let the black garlic shine. So not as a topping, but as the main event. The star of the show!
Ingredients (2p):
• 250 gram pasta • 1 whole black garlic • 1 regular garlic cloves • 3 anchovies • 3 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp chilli flakes • fresh oregano • 100 gram jamon Serrano •
1. Boil your pasta in salted water. While this is happening, heat up a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. Fry the Serrano whole and take out of the pan. Leave the oil. Fry the anchovies until they fall apart.
2. In a small bowl, grate the regular garlic and mash up the black garlic. Add 2 tbsp of oil and mix well. Add into the pan with the anchovies and add the chilli flakes.
3. Drain the pasta and add into the garlic mixture. Take the leaves off of the oregano and stir into the pasta.
4. Cut the Serrano into pieces and mix in half. Use the rest of it for garnish.
Serve with a nice caprese or a fresh salad.
