Nice and warming tomato sauce with white beans, chorizo and a bunch of vegetables. Crush the potatoes with your fork to soak up all the sauce and get that warming stuff in your belly asap! Ingredients: • 250 gram spicy chorizo • 1 white onion • 3 garlic cloves • 1 chilli pepper • 1 can of white beans • 400 gram of your favorite vegetables (I used broccoli, mushrooms and cavolo nero) • 1 tsp paprika powder • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 1 tbsp oregano • salt and pepper • 500 gram passata • 2 tbsp tomato puree • 100 ml white wine • potatoes, bread or pasta • capers • zest of half a lemon • 1. Start with cutting your onion, garlic and chilli pepper. Slice your chorizo into large chunks. First fry the chorizo until it releases it's oil, than add the onion, garlic and chilli. Fry shortly. 2. Add the dry spices, beans and vegetables. Ones it's all slightly cooked, add the tomato puree and stir well. 3. Add the white wine and passata. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer until all the vegetables are cooked. 4. Add the lemon zest and capers and serve with any carb of your liking. Enjoy!
