Dutch mussels are, hands down, THE BEST! If I may say so as a Dutchy. I love them, no matter the way they are prepared. Tonight I went for the classic white wine version. A simple piece of bread with garlicbutter and that's that. And yes... I do finish a huge pan all by myself.
