Creamy mushroom pasta

Easy, creamy, quick and vegetarian. What else could you ask for is a pasta dish! Ingredients (2p): • 200 gram pasta • 400 mushrooms (pick the ones you like • 300 gram light creamcheese/dairyspread • 3 garlic cloves • sage • chives • 1 cup walnuts • pepper and salt • lemon zest of half a lemon • parmigiano • 1. Cook your pasta. Heat some butter in a pan and start with frying the sage, garlic and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Chop the walnuts in small pieces and add to your mushrooms. When everything is cooked, you can add the lemon zest and creamcheese. Add some tablespoons of pasta water when the creamcheese thickens too much.
3. Turn off the heat and finally add the parmigiano and chives. Add the pasta and give it a good stir. And that's it! A lovely creamy, vegetarian pasta dish! And with the right 'light' creamcheese, you're even gonna get away with the calories 😇
