Drunk pasta

Let's get drunk on pasta, shall we!? Naah, don't worry, you won't get drunk from eating this pasta, but the pasta is drunk for sure! Ingredients: • 1 bottle of red wine • 200 gram pasta • sage • parsley • 4 garlic cloves • zest of half a lemon • salt and pepper • 2 teasp. chilli flakes • parmigiano • sausages (optional) • butter and/or oil • 1. Get yourself a large pan... And when I say large, I mean large. A pan in which your pasta can lay completely flat. Or use another shape of pasta. (Most recipes boil the pasta in water 'till soft and move it over to the wine. But why do that if you don't have to)? 2. Boil the pasta in the wine. Get another pan and fry the sage, chilli flakes and garlic in a good amound of oil or butter (I used both).
3. As soon as the pasta is cooked, add this to the garlic and sage with a few tablespoons of the wine. Add some salt and pepper and add as much grated parmigiano as you like. Finish with some parsley and lemon zest! 🌿🍋
The wine taste isn't very extreme, so don't worry about that. The colour looks awesome though! I personally am gonna try some different kinds of red wine, to see what works best.
Wanna go fancy? Buy 2 bottles and drink the same wine as you used to boil the pasta.
