Drunken pasta

Who says you can't have a dinner party by yourself? Super easy drunken spaghetti, a caprese salad, spicy olives and dolma.

Would you believe that this is regular pasta? By boiling it in red wine, it turns this deep purple colour and will taste like the wine. Don't use a strong sauce, this will overpower the wine. Just go for garlic, herbs (sage is really nice) and maybe some meat/sausage. I used a little bit of pancetta.
