Dutch ingredients with an Italian twist. Dutch, white asparagus with dutch shrimps and pasta in a light crѐme fraîche sauce. If you can't find dutch shrimps, regular shrimp or crab will do as well! Even white fish would do the trick. It will be tasty, but it won't be the same, sorry. Be aware, this recipe is for one person! *** Ingredients (1p): • 125 gram fresh pasta • 200 gram white asparagus • 125 ml crѐme fraîche • 1 garlic clove • salt and pepper • 100 gram dutch shrimps (Hollandse garnalen) • chives • 1. Slice your asparagus super thinly with a peeler, so you get nice, thin slices that look like your pasta. 2. Boil your pasta a little shorter than you'd normally do. 3. Heat up a little bit of oil and saute some pressed garlic and the crѐme fraîche. 4. Add the pasta and the raw asparagus. Add a little bit of pasta water and simmer for a minute. The asparagus are so thin, that they will cook whitin this minute. Add salt and pepper to taste. Don't use too much salt, so the shrimp will get more change to shine! 5. Add the shrimp and chives and everything is ready to plate! Enjoy!
