Dutch style mussels in blonde beer

Mussel season has started and of course I had to try these fresh babies! Cooked in a lovely blonde La Trappe beer and served with beer, bread, allioli and vinegar with pepper and dill. The allioli is for the bread... The vinegar is for sipping the mussels in. That is the Dutch way!
Did you already have mussels this season? They were great and plump and juicy.
