Flatbread sausage wraps

Lovely Lebanese flatbread with sausages, sweet potato and a salad of carrots, beets, apple, lemon, onion, mint, olive oil and sumac. Add some garlic and yoghurt sauce and you're good to go. Easy and tasty!
