Gnocchi salad

As you may have seen already, I made sweet potato gnocchi last weekend. Of course the portion was way too large for me and @kevinduijzer, so I froze two portions, not knowing if it would work. And guess what! It worked. The gnocchi are easy to freeze and to safe for later. Just cook them in salted water until they start to float (IT would be proud). I fried them in some oil with a crushed garlic clove (just for flavour, not for eating) and pear... Uh... Paired it with grilled zucchini and pear. Add avocado, Serrano, Gorgonzola and some basil... A good splash of this seriously delicious white balsamic vinegar I bought at @oilvinegarofficial and a pinch of salt.
Super tasty and sweet and salty.
