Green pea and mint pasta

Lovely pasta Orecchiette with peas and mint! Green, fresh and smooth.
Ingredients (2p):
• 225 gram pasta • 250 gram garden peas • 200 ml cooking cream • 1 cup grated pecorino • 200 gram bacon • salt and pepper • 2 avocados • mint • cherry tomatoes • 1 garlic clove •
1. Boil your peas until they're cooked.
2. While boiling your pasta, slice your bacon in small pieces and cook to your liking.
3. Mix the peas with the pecorino, cream, garlic, 4 mint leaves and some salt and pepper. Mix with your kitchen machine until the sauce is nice and smooth.
4. As soon as the pasta is cooked, drain well and mix everything together. Put the avocado on top, to prevent it from getting mashed together with the other ingredients. Add some extra mint leaves and enjoy!
Want a vegetarian version? Skip the bacon!
