Grilled vegetable sauce and shrimp

OK, so now we're done with the tomato-feta hype, it's time for another grilled sauce. Not as easy, but easy nonetheless. Grilled onions and bellpepper sauce with shrimp. Gosh this one is nice!
Ingredients (2p):
• 250 gram pasta • 250 gram shrimp • 2 medium sized onions • 2 red bellpeppers or sweet long peppers • 6 garlic cloves • 1 jalapeño • salt and pepper • olive oil • 100 ml cooking cream • handful freshly grated parmigiano • parsley • lemon •
1. Pre-heat your oven at 220°C. Roughly chop your bellpeppers and onions and put on a baking tray with the peeled garlic cloves and jalapeño. Add oil and rub in well. Grill for 25 minutes. Stir halfway through.
2. Boil your pasta while you cook the shrimp with salt and pepper.
3. When the vegetables are nice and soft with some grilled spots, put them in a blender or mix with a kitchen machine. You will end up with a smooth, thick paste.
4. Add the paste to the shrimp and bring to a boil. Add the cream and parmigiano and stir well. Add a little more cream if the sauce is too thick.
5. Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and mix in some parsley. Taste if the sauce needs some extra salt (it probably does). Garnish with parsley and mandatory lemon wedge.
