Harissa chicken with couscous

OK! This one would actually be amazing on the BBQ, but since Dutch weather is like hot like hell OR super wet, I went for the oven-version!
Rose Harissa chicken with couscous and nectarines.
Ingredients chicken:
• 4 pieces of chicken thigh • 2 tbsp oil • 1 tbsp rose harass • 1,5 tbsp honey • salt and pepper • 2 garlic cloves •
1. Throw all the ingredients together and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Pre-heat your oven at 200°C and put some baking paper or aluminum foil on your baking tray and put this in the oven underneath the oven rack. Put the chicken on the rack.
3. Bake for 10 minutes before brushing some extra marinate on the chicken. Turn your oven onto the grill-setting and grill your chicken for an additional 15 minutes. Chicken breast might need a little longer. Make sure to check if the chicken is cooked.
4. While the chicken is in de oven, I made couscous in some broth, with bell pepper, tomatoes, black olives, almonds, red onion, nectarines and some coriander leaves.
The sauce is just 3 parts yoghurt, 1 part allioli and a big squeeze of sriracha and some mint. Bind everything together with some lemon and you're good to go. You can add any vegetable you like!
