Hoisin chicken

Quick hoisin chicken wings! ❤🍗

Ingredients:
• 900 gram chicken wings • 2 tsp Chinese 5 spice • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp ketoembar • 1 tsp laos • 3 cm chopped fresh ginger • 5 garlic cloves • sweet hoisin sauce • splash soy sauce • oil •
1. Mix all the dry ingredients with your chicken wings and let it get to room temperature.
2. Heat up some oil in the pan and add the wings skin side down. Try not to move the wings too much, let the skin get nice and brown.
3. Turn your chicken. The other side won't get as pretty as the skin side, but don't mind that!
4. When the chicken is fully cooked, add the ginger and garlic. As soon as it start to fry and get brown (watch out, garlic can burn rather quickly) add a splash of soy sauce and a good amound of the sweet hoisin.
5. Keep a close eye on the chicken while you let the sauce get thick and sticky. Don't wait for too long! You'd rather have a wet sauce than a burned one!
Pair with nice and fluffy white rice and veggies! Enjoy and get your face and fingers all sticky!
