Quick kimchi noodles

My first meal with my home-made kimchi and I'll be honest: this is good! I will post my kimchi recipe very soon, but you can make this dish with any kimchi, also store-bought, so let's post this first! It's super super fast food! You could add extra vegetables if you like.
Ingredients (2p):
• 250 gram ground pork or beef • 2 garlic cloves • 1 tbsp sugar • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tbsp shaoxing rice wine • 1 tbsp Korean chilli paste • pinch of black pepper • 2 cups chopped up kimchi • 200 gram noodles (or rice) •
1. Chop up your garlic. Mix the sugar with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine and chilli paste.
2. Get a hot wok and stir fry the minced meat with the garlic and black pepper in some oil.
3. As soon as the meat is cooked, add the sauce mixture. Cook until the sauce thickens and sticks to the meat. Add the kimchi and heat up for a minute.
4. Mix the cooked noodles or serve over white rice or in lettuce leaves.
It's nice and spicy but not too spicy and perfect for the hot weather when you don't really feel like cooking.
