Italian meatballs with broccoli salad

Italian style meatballs with a super green broccoli salad! Hmmmhm! So good! I went a little bit overboard with the veggies, but there is no such thing as too many greens!
Ingredients meatballs:
• 200 gram minced meat (I used 50/50 pork and beef) • 1 tsp onion powder • 2 tsp dried oregano • 2 tsp dried basil • 1/2 tsp dried thyme • 1/2 tsp dried mint • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1/2 salt • 3 garlic cloves • 2 tbsp olive oil • breadcrumbs for the outside, creating a lovely golden crust •
These ingredients are enough for 6 medium sized meatballs. This should be enough for 2 people. If you don't go too heavy on the meat of course. If you make too many, they are great on a sandwich with some (truffle) mayonnaise or mustard!
I used the following vegetables: • broccoli • avocado • cucumber • spring onion • fresh basil • capers • parmigiano • sprinkle of chilli flakes • olive oil • lime •
