Kangaroo steak

I probably told this before, but I'm a huge fan of kangaroo steak. It's amazing, tender and ruby red. The flavour is amazing and above all it's less bad for the planet, because well... Kangaroos eat less and fart less than cows do.

The orzo only has salt, chili flakes and fried garlic in it. Add garden peas, corn and top it of with basil, pistachios and parmigiano. It looks like a lot of work, but it surely is not.

By the way, hands down for my cool new backdrops. No... I didn't buy an old wooden table. It's printed backdrops from @hqbackdrops

I'm definitely gonna order more soon!
