Mac 'n Blue Cheese.
Yes, another cheese sauce. I can't help it. It's quick and filling and super tasty.
Ingredients (2p):
• 200 gram macaroni • 200 gram broccoli or bimi • 100 gram blue cheese • 20 gram butter • 20 gram flour • 200 ml milk • 1 tbsp créme fraîche • salt and pepper • pinch garlic powder •
1. Boil your pasta and vegetables white making the cheese sauce.
2. Melt your butter in a small sauce pan. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute while stirring well.
3. When the flour is cooked, slowly add the milk with the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
4. When the sauce has the right consistency, add the cheese and let it melt into the sauce.
5. As soon as the cheese is melted, add the crème fraîche and turn off the heat. Stir well.
6. Drain the pasta and vegetables and add the sauce. Stir one last time and enjoy!
