Mexican adobo sauce

Ok... I'm not an expert on Mexican food, but I'm trying. Summer always makes me want exotic foods even now the weather kinda sucks. I made this seriously good paste to go with pulled chicken. This recipe is enough for 600 grams of chicken breast, which should be enough for 3 to 4 people. I will post the complete dish later! *** Ingredients: • 100 gram Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce • 1 tsp oregano • 1 tsp cumin • 1 tsp coriander seeds • 2 tsp sugar • 3/4 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 2 tsp cacao powder • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp onion powder • 3 garlic cloves • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup • It's easy as 1... 2... 3... Mix everything with a kitchen machine or mortar. Lovely with chicken, minced meat or any pulled meat like chicken or pork! Shortly fry your meat and add the paste. Mix well and heat up well. It might need a few tablespoons of water once you put it in the pan. If you want your sauce a little more wet, add some more water or vegetable broth. Enjoy!
