Oven roasted cauliflower

Whole oven roasted cauliflower ❤ Ingredients: • 1 large cauliflower • 3 garlic cloves • juice of 1/2 lemon • 4 tbsp oil • 1 tsp coriander seeds • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1 tsp paprika powder • 1 tsp fennel seeds • 1 tsp cumin seeds • 1/2 tsp salt • 1 tsp turmeric • black pepper • spring onions • 1. Put a large pan on the stove and fill it up with water. Bring to a boil and boil the whole cauliflower without the leaves for 10 minutes. 2. Drain the cauliflower and place on an oven tray with some baking paper underneath it. 3. Put the other ingredients in a mortar or kitchen machine and mix well. Get yourself a brush and add the mixture to the cauliflower. If you don't have a brush, you can use your hands. 4. Put the cauliflower in a pre-heated oven on 200°C and roast it for about 40 to 45 minutes. Keep an eye on it. If it get's too dark, cover the cauliflower with aluminum foil. 5. When the cauliflower is done, garnish with the spring onions and enjoy!
