Pasta in spinach sauce

I don't know why, but this dish makes me think about a walk in the forest. It's probably the super green colour from the spinach sauce.
Ingredients (3p):
• 250 gram pasta • 300 gram fresh spinach • 3 garlic cloves • 1 onion • 250 ml cooking cream • 300 gram mushrooms • 250 gram chicken thighs • mini buffalo mozzarella • cherry tomatoes • salt and pepper • 2 tbsp flour • ½ cup grated pecorino • fresh oregano •
1. Get a large pan with salted water and blance the spinach for 1 to 2 minutes. Take the spinach out with tongs and set aside in a strainer to get rid of the extra liquid.
2. Prep your onion and garlic by chopping it and clean your mushrooms. I used a variety of different kinds. Slice your chicken into bite size pieces. Use the spinach water to cook your pasta.
3. Get a blender or kitchen machine and puree the spinach together with the cream. Taste if it needs salt and pepper.
4. Sauté your onion and garlic. Add in the chicken and mushroom, season and cook until done. Add the flour and stir until cooked.
5. Add the spinach and cream sauce. The flour will thicken it slightly. Add the pecorino and stir well. You can add the oregano now or use as a garnish (or both). Taste if you need more salt and pepper.
Scoop the creamy pasta on your plate and garnish with the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
