Peanut curry paste

Some sort of peanut curry... Thing... It does taste good though!
Ingredients (4p):
• 1 teasp. salt • 2 teasp. corianderseeds • 2 teasp. cumin • 1 teasp. turmeric • 3 teasp. paprika • 2 Thai chillies • 3 cm fresh ginger • 5 garlic cloves • 1 white onion • 4 tablesp. peanutbutter (unsweatened) • 1 tablesp. brown sugar • 1 tablesp. tomato paste • zest and juice of half a lemon • 2 tablesp. soy sauce •
Well, I didn't even try to get this paste done with a mortar. Straight in the kitchen processor! If it's too thick, add some water or oil.
Great with chicken en white rice!

When you make a curry paste, most of the time, the curry soon will follow. So here's my peanut curry with white rice and sweet and sour cucumber!

Add some nice chicken and your favorite vegetables. Add some water to make the paste a little less thick. You can also use coconutmilk, but the paste is already pretty rich, so I choose water.
