Pear and blue cheese salad

A new take on an 'old' dish... An updated (and vegetarian) version of my pear and gorgonzola pasta!

Ingredients (2p):
• 3 tbsp. Gremolata* • 150 gram orzo (or other pasta) • broth to cook the orzo in • 2 large pears • gorgonzola in small cubes • toasted pumpkin seeds • salt and pepper • spring onion • squeeze of lemon juice • some extra olive oil if needed • rocket salad •
*Ingredients Gremolata:
• 3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley • zest of one lemon • 1/2 clove of grated garlic • salt and pepper • 6 or 7 tbsp good olive oil •
I don't think it needs more explaining. Right? 😜
