Peccorino-spinach pasta

I made a similar dish like this before, but I'm just gonna post it again because it's so tasty! Pasta with a fresh spinach sauce and buratta! Ingredients (1p): • 100 gram pasta • 200 gram fresh spinach • handful of fresh basil • 1/2 garlic clove • 1 cup grated peccorino • salt and pepper • olive oil • tomatoes • buratta • 1. Start with cooking your pasta in salted water. While the pasta is cooking, you can grate he cheese. 2. When the pasta is cooked, scoop it out of the water and turn of the heat. 3. Blance the spinach in the hot water for about a minute. 4. Throw the basil, spinach, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper and olive oil (about 3 tbsp) in a mixing bowl/cup and blend until fine and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, you can add some pasta liquid or oil. 5. Mix the pasta and sauce, add the tomatoes and buratta with some extra olive oil on top and you're done! Enjoy!
