Ok, this lasagna is probably the worst thing you could eat if you started January with the idea to watch your diet. It's so creamy and smooth and super tasty, but definitely not very healthy 😇
Ingredients:
• lasagna sheets • 300 gram fresh salmon • broccoli • 1 white onion • 3 garlic cloves • 80 gram butter • 80 gram flour • 350 ml milk • 350 ml vegetable broth • 100 ml white wine • 250 ml cooking cream • 1 tsp dill • 1 cup shredded cheese • 2 tbsp bread crumbs • salt and pepper •
1. Pre-heat your oven at 180 °C. Blanche the broccoli until it's al dente and rinse under cold water. See aside for later.
2. Chop your onion and garlic finely and fry in a little bit of oil. Chop your broccoli into small pieces and add to the onion and garlic together with some salt and pepper. Turn if the heat and set aside again.
3. Get a sauce pan and melt you butter. Add the flour and cook this for a minute while stiring well. Slowly start adding the milk. Keep adding when the sauce thickens again. Now start adding the broth and white wine. Add the dill and taste if it needs any salt and pepper.
4. Turn the heat back on for the broccoli and add half of the sauce together with the cream. Mix well and turn off the heat.
5. Cut your salmon into small strips and start assembling your lasagna. Start with the broccoli sauce, a layer off pasta, a layer of the sauce with pieces of salmon and a layer of pasta again (the salmon goes in raw by the way). Repeat until you're out of ingredients. I only got some of the loose sauce left, but not too much.
6. Add the cheese and bread crumbs on top to finish it off. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
