It may not look like much, but damn this is tasty. Spicy salmon pokebowl with spicy mayo, salmon roe on a bed of slightly warm sushi rice. Topped with spring onions and home made furikake.

Here's the ingredients for the sauce and the furikake mix. With those two you can make your own favorite combinations.

Spicy mayo for 600 gram salmon:

• 2½ tbsp Japanese mayo • 1 tbsp Sriracha • ½ tsp wasabi • 1 tbsp soy sauce • ½ tsp sugar • 1 tsp grated ginger • 50 gram salmon roe •

Furikake mix:

• 2 nori sheets, crushed • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, lightly crushed • ½ tsp MSG (optional) • ½ tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp chilli flakes • ½ tsp sugar •

You can make extra furikake and store in a dry place. I saved one of those moisture bags from a container of fried onions. Put this in you furikake container to make sure it won't get lumpy and sticky. It stays good for like forever.

It's super tasty on a lot of rice dishes.

The spicy mayo is also perfect for tuna, shrimp or surimi.

Enjoy!
