Sweet and sour white fish

Steamed white fish with easy sweet and sour sauce!

Ingredients sauce:
• 7 tbsp of your favorite sweet chilli sauce • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup • 1 tsp sriracha sauce • zest of half a lemon • juice of half a lemon • 1 cm fresh ginger • cornstarch-water mixture • 150 ml water •
1. Fry finely sliced ginger in some oil with some onion.
2. Add your vegetables (I fried my yellow bell pepper with the onion, but pre-steamed my broccoli in a steamer on top of my rice).
3. Mix the sauce ingredients together and throw in the pan. Turn the heat a little lower (medium) and place your fish in the sauce. Close the lid and steam your fish for about 6 minutes. Add the tomatos halfway in.
4. Thicken the sauce with some cornstarch. Scoop everything on top of your rice and enjoy!
Of course you can also use this sauce recipe for other dishes, both vegetarian or with something like chicken.
