Tofu tempura

Last night it was time to try something new again. Fried tempura tofu with crushed cucumber (recipe from @delectabilia) combined with my own kimchi and an easy tempura batter (150 gram flour, 1 large egg and 200 ml light lager beer, fry at 170°C).
Dipping everything in the cucumber dressing and a little bit of soy sauce. And of course I made some extra crunchy bits by frying drops of batter.
A fusion of multiple Asian countries, but super tasty!
Since I made tempura for the first time a while ago, I wanna tempura everything 😂
Since the lock down is extended with another 3 weeks, I'm stuck at home again and I really wanna try some more recipes that take a little longer. Stay tuned!
