Another vegetarian dish and I don't wanna brag, but today I felt like I was eating in a tiny restaurant in someone's livingroom on a holiday to the south. Brings back memories of my holiday in Italy ❤ Now I wouldn't call this Italian food though. Naan bread: • 200 gram flour • 150 gram greek style yoghurt • 7 gram bakingpowder • salt and pepper • dried Italian herbs • garlic powder • za'atar (optional) • Tzatziki: • 4 big tablesp. greek style yoghurt • 1 tablesp. mayonnaise • lemon zest • pinch of salt • half a cucumber • parsley • 2 garlic cloves • First of all, you can eat this with any vegetable you like and also with meat, but honestly, with a nice oven grilled eggplant, you don't need meat at all! (30 min at 200°C with oil and your favorite herbs)!

1. For the bread, mix everything in a bowl except for the za'atar. Start mixing with a spoon or fork and finish with your hands, until you get a nice, fluffy ball of dough. This recipe is enough for 4 nice pieces of naan.

2. Roll them until they are about 0.5 to 1 cm. Throw them in a hot non-stick pan. They will get thicker and get nice and airy.

3. Mix the za'atar with some oil and brush the oil on the naan and flip one last time. Sprinkle on some extra sea salt after you take them out of the pan. 4. For the Tzatziki, start with grating the cucumber. Let it sit for a short while and squeez uit some of the liquid.

5. Press the garlic and all the other ingredients and mix well. How easy is that! Super tasty! But you will end up with a smelly breath 😇

Of course the naan is best eaten with a big scoop of Tzatziki! You may use your hands! I added some pomegranate and goat cheese for some extra sweet, sour and salt!
