White asparagus pasta with salmon

Pasta with warm smoked salmon and white asparagus. Yes! Asparagus season started and I love these white fuckers that make your pee smell funny!


Ingredients (2p):

• 200 gram uncooked pasta • 400 gram white asparagus • 2 pieces of warm smoked salmon • salt and pepper • dill • crème fraîche • lemon juice of 1 lemon •


1. Boil the pasta in salted water and clean the asparagus. Depending on how thick they are. You can cut them in big chunks to make them easier to boil. I put my asparagus in cold water and when the water cooks, I boil them for 10 minutes and poke them with a fork to see if they slide off right away. If they don't, boil them a little longer, add a few minutes at the time.

2. When the pasta and asparagus are cooked, drain them, but leave a little bit of pasta water in the pan. Add all the other ingredients and half of the smoked salmon. Stir well without heat and add salt and pepper to taste.

3. But the other chunk of salmon on top of your pasta and enjoy!
