Going Ottolenghi

Tonight I'm eating alone again and I tend to keep it a little simple when that is the case. Tonight I made this super tasty tomato and cucumber raita from page 30 of @ottolenghi's cookbook 'SIMPLE'. I paired it with the super tasty chicken sausages from @bbqualityslagerij
