Gremolata

Since I use Gremolata to put on many dishes, I though, well... Let's post the ingredients on their own, so it's easy for you to find back and I don't have to give the recipe over and over again 😁
Ingredients Gremolata:
• 3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley • zest of one lemon • 1/2 clove of grated garlic (or 1 small one) • salt and pepper • 6 or 7 tbsp good olive oil •
This stuff is so simple and yet so tasty on so many dishes! Pasta, steak, bread, rice... You name it!
